Transportation problem using UV (or) MODI method

Through this video you can learn solving transportation problem using UV method easily.
Note:
Also you can use the formula Cij-(ui+vj) instead of (ui+vj)-Cij for Pij, then the values should be zero or positive to reach the optimality, and in this formula if we didn't reach the optimality then we should select the maximum negative to proceed further. We can apply any one of these formulas to find the optimality.
