Dr. Nic, I know you mentioned that you have to be sneaky since Excel does not do a single sample hypothesis test for a mean, but can you explain why you do it this way, by entering the 152 grams number twice? Also, in the t.test formula, for the type, why did you choose the "Two-sample unequal variance" option? Thank you.

I have data of 52 entries. Testing the sample, the majority of response is positive while the minority is negative. Now I want to find the p-value of the results. What must I do? Thank you

Would you please confirm, that if the export standard is > 152g (not >= 152g) then the Null Hypothesis would be "the population doesn't match to the export standard", because the H0 hypothesis should include a statement of equality and the H1 should not? Thank you so much!
