Astra H 1.6 Inlet manifold tapping/tractor noise cure

Astra H inner maifold tapping/tractor noise as you can see in my video the inner part of the inlet manifold is loose i found that the internal seal/gasket had pershied causing this inner lining to tap against the manifold housing. I opened the manifold up and just reseated the inner skin with some high temp gasket seal and it solved the issue straight away now months later the engine still has no tapping noise it took approximately 1.30hrs to complete start to finish.

Most people with this problem thinks that they have bad vvt solenoids or that something is wrong with vvt timing system, but what couse the engine start up rattle and idle ticking is actually this peace of metal shit 😅

Obrigado pelo video, poupei uns bons euros.... Varias oficinas deram um diagnóstico como bomba óleo, tuches, falta de óleo ou óleo não adequado (coloco sempre o recomendado pela marca GM), etc... Pesquisei e encontrei este vídeo e apesar de modelos diferentes, pois o meu caso é num astra g 1.4 16v, o problema é o mesmo. Mais uma vez obrigado.
Ps o conserto pode ser feito em casa e é barato.

I get exactly same noise at idle hot and cold, the second I lift revs noise gone

I have a 2006 1.7 cdti astra, making a rattling noise when I accelerate, could this be the issue?

Is this Z16XER engine ? I have similar noise, every cold start.
