This month has been a busy one, filled with surprises, events and of course model kits.
First up a surprise announcement... to mark the arrival of the new North American F-86F Sabre, we’re paring this exciting release with our latest limited-edition collector coin, paying homage to the lead scheme, the USAF aerobatic team ‘Arctic Gladiators’ from 1955.

I glad the Airfix team have supporting the Hawker Typhoon RB396 restoration team with the actual
colour scheme.

I enjoyed that section with the discussion on the Hurricane and its various features. I've always had a soft spot for the Hurricane since an Airfix Hurricane was my first ever model kit in 1978 when I was eight years old and I got a chance to build one of the newer Airfix releases of it two years ago.

Great information about the Hurricane!
David's presentation is much more interesting and to the point than many others. Thank you! 👍

(I like them both but I lean to Hurricane due to its quintessential 1930'es construction. The fact that it was built throughout the war despite its obsolescence only adds to its character.)

Ooh! Airfix's next new tool Superkit? 1/24th scale Hurricane?
Yaay! You saw it here first folks. 😉

Nice scheme for the F-86 👍. Great walkaround of the Hurricane 🏅. I agree with another commenter that a new tool Lysander would be great. The other comapany's newish Lysander is a lot more complex than I enjoy building, and Airfix could do a better job on it.

10:52 A de Havilland Chipmunk T10 T20 in Irish Air Corps markings! That has to be a first from Airfix, I'm looking forward to getting it.

Howdy folks, I am looking at this from the Heartland of America. I love Airfix, I built many back in the 1980s. I still have a few gathering dust waiting to be Built. I was wondering if you folks have made a 1/48 Brewster Buffalo w/ Finish marking. I think I asked this about a year ago. Love the new 1/35 AFVs. I remember my first Airfix a 1/72 Vickers Wellington. Well, thanks for the excellent video. For now, Over and Out.

When will someone do a 1/48 RAAF Avon Sabre? I know the fuselage has a different profile, but a mere trifle!

I'm awaiting the release of the Airfix Pager & Walkie-Talkie combo in 1/48th scale

Gotta be a cannon armed Hurricane surely?

Hurricane. I still love the lines of the Spit, but there is something of the Hurricane that makes it more of a fighting machine, than that of a racing machine.

For anyone interested in Hurricanes I very strongly recommend Leo McKinstry's book of the same name.

Hurricane or Spitfire. Puma! or Wessex! I see they still haven't bothered supplying the later style exhaust with integral heater pipe to correct the "new" Chipmunk.
