Amd was able to duble the cores on the same socket, im rocking a 3950x 16 cores 32 threads on x370 crosshair 6. Intel should be able to bring the 10 cores on the z390 but once again intel just love to milk us as much as they can!

There is no market for intels product: Gamer want fast cores, but 8 Core 16 Thread is enough. Content creator need many fast cores like 32 Cores with 64 threads. Server need as many cores as possible, but each core itself can be slow to prevent being to hot. But nobody needs a 10 Core 5 GHz CPU. Too many cores for gamer. Too few cores for content creators, too hot for servers.

The best thing about these CPUs is that it might mean AMD releases Zen 3 in June/July instead of late 2020.
