We sometimes confuse Ayurveda as a spiritual science, or think that it's necessary to follow Ayurvedic principles to continue on with our spiritual practice. But the truth is both have a complex relationship with each other.
They exist as standalone practises but are powerful when utilised to enhance either an Ayurvedic lifestyle or a spiritual practice.
