Picture this ... it's Christmas Eve. You just said goodnight to your family and are able to enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa in front of the fire while listening to Christmas music because you don't have to stay up until 3 a.m. binding your last quilted gift.
I know ... it sounds pretty crazy. But it possible if you start working on those holiday projects right now! We're starting to get our holiday prints in so you can start planning your handmade gifts so you can actually enjoy your holiday parties without worrying about what is left on your to-do list.
The first holiday collection to arrive is Winter Frost by Sara Boccaccini Meadows for FIGO Fabrics. Its a great collection because rather than using traditional greens and reds, it is filled with winter scenes in grays and taupes. The effect is a very calming winter collection that can be out all season long.
We also got new beginner kits in the cutest woodland fabric, Frond of You from Dear Stella. This collection has the sweetest woodland creatures and garden delights and the colors are expertly coordinated between the prints to create a beautiful cohesive look in the quilt. Grab some yardage, a Split Nine Patch kit and our FREE pattern to make it.
