This is all bad but not the worst. Try watching the Kardashians for 24 hours while listening to the Barney song on repeat. It sends me chills that this could happen...

Please continue this series. Considering this still exists in evolved form it's interesting to see the timeline

Often times I think about how even 60 years ago kids in schools had videos teaching them to hide under desks in case of a bomb, and there were posters in public telling people how to tell if a chemical weapon had been used. Then before that, no matter how far back you go, humans always find new ways to hurt other humans. Yet here I am ready to call it quits over things that only happened to me personally.

I'm so grateful that I did not have to experience these things

Torture is definitely 1 thing that makes humans so bad compared to other animals smh.😭

Grew up just outside the walls of Warwick Castle and used to sneak in as a kid. Definitely a creepy place once the sun goes down and the lights go out. So many stories from locals about hearing and seeing crazy things around the castle over the years.

I’m not sure if I should be impressed or horrified that humans have come up with so many creative ways to torture each other. 😂

Thirty years ago, I took a tour of Warwick Castle. I visited the Dungeon and yes there was plenty of scratched writing on the walls. Horrible place set in a beautiful area.

My two favorites where the Brazen bull and having someone sown into a socking wet uncured cow hide. The person sown into the cow hide would be put out in the hot sun and as the hide dried it would shrink crushing bones and making it impossible to breath.

I can't believe we're missing out on all of these experiences. How can I say I've lived a full life when I haven't even been on the stretching rack?

The 'oubliette'. "It's a place you put people ... to forget about 'em!" - Hedgewart - Hogwart - Hoggle. I learned all about this strange form of punishment from Hoggle in the 1986 fantasy film, 'Labyrinth', starring David Bowie as Jareth the Goblin King. 'Dance, Dance, Magic Dance'

Every torture is designed to make it worst for humans to exist afterwards facing such heinous punishment. It is severe and not plausible to experience.

Thanks for the enlightenment.
