9!/4! + 5 × 9!/5! = 10!/(10-r)!
=> 9!/4! + 5 × 9!/(5×4!) = 10!/(10-r)!
=> 9!/4! + 9!/4!
=> 9! (1/4! + 1/4!) = 10 ×9!/(10-r)!
=> 2/4! = 10/(10-r)!
=> 4! = (10-r)!/5
=> 5 × 4! = (10-r)!
=> 5! = (10-r)!
=> 5 = 10 - r
r = 5

Note: Jab alphabets ko group krenge to rearrange them if:
The alphabets are same no rearrangement
Even if one alphabet is dif. we will have to rearrange
Make sure if some are same and some dif we must divide the repeated factorials
