I started my journey with KDP with lined notebooks and also made a coloring book with original characters I drew myself. What I did is I recorded my process, colored the characters and made timelapse videos on YouTube :) hopefully in the future I can monetize my channel and earn a bit of extra income from these timelapses and the future ones I make.

Hey, Mr. Marles, great advice about thinking bigger. First, thank you much for the tip about Ignite; I hadn't heard of it and it's ideal for a line of my products. I just launched a brand on KDP specific to the kids' learning genre.
Second, I wanted to toss in a couple of other ideas; craft patterns and POD. Crafters always need commercially-licensed designs to turn into embroidery, cross stitch, applique, etc. embellishments. Creators can either sell the line art files or convert them themselves first. The latter is quite time consuming but doable. As for print-on-demand, inspirational quotes can become canvases or coffee mugs. Unicorn book covers can become decorative pillows. Use a coloring page element to create a watercolor image and design a tee. Possessing digital assets, especially ones created originally, is a powerhouse of opportunity.

Great ideas. Teacherspayteachers seems nice. I don't think I would ever want to sell designs for commercial use again. Seeing all those videos about "How to do XY with CreativeMarket assets", clearly violating license terms, just made me so upset and disappointed. I'm glad you always point out reading the license agreement. 👍 It's important not just for your own legal safety, but to respect the creator's work. Also, I admire you for your patience. How you always take time and effort to explain something like it was the first time, even if you have already mentioned it 100 times in previous videos. You're a great teacher. 😊
One tip: if you want to sell the interiors as printables, it's recommended to resize them to popular planner/binder sizes. That's what I plan to do. If only I could find the time. (Or more like energy.)

Why would I be interested in selling it on other platforms, knowing that other people will start selling my interiors. If they have better ratings, they'll sell my interiors, instead of me and eventually, I'll lose money. did I misunderstand your message? I'm not in this business yet, but considering it.
