Do you do videos on people who are already successful? We max out both of our 401K's every year, buy the max of ESPP and private stock offerings from our companies, and made a combined $600K in 2023 with the expectation that the total will increase as time goes on. We don't plan on retiring before 50 and will likely work part-time then too - as we like our jobs and really enjoy building generational wealth. We own a primary home and an investment property, but not sure we want to buy any more investment/rental homes at this time (maybe in 5 years). We buy stock quarterly in addition to our 401Ks. I even have alternative investments - collectibles - but they take up physical space and require a decent amount of time to acquire. We save about $12K per month and feel like a lot of our wealth is only in 2 buckets - real estate and stock. We are thinking of art, but are only comfortable with $10K-$20K, so that isn't "fine" art. Are there any suggestions for other alternative investments that have good returns and/or appreciation?

401k question if you leave a company and you’re not fully vested can you go back to company work and become fully vested from the time you left or do you start back at year 0 since you left the company?

If the company gives a 401k profit-sharing of 10%, is that a match and I should put 10% into my 401k as part of FOO Step 2?

My company currently does 100% match up to 3% of my contributions (immediately vested) and 50% of the next 2% into safe harbor (immediately vested). So I think thats just a 4% straight match right? And they also do an additional 2% on top regardless of contributions.

Is 6% fully vested a good 401k/Roth program from my employer?
