Who: Cortney is a Digital Experience Consultant who is well-versed in the tech and podcasting space. He created "Coders of Color" to help everyday people navigate code. He is the host of the "Unfortunately Honest" podcast and producer of both the "Passing Through" and the "The Layover" podcasts. Both of which are hosted by his wife, Nneka.

"The Juan and Only" - Juan Madrid

After reading the middle school classic, "The Outsiders," during the rise of social media, the main character's name "Ponyboy Curtis" really stuck out to me.
While making fun of a friend's name on Twitter one night in 2012, the friend retorted back by misspelling my name "Paul" as "Pol", and from there... "Ponyboy Pol" was born.

I describe myself as "a fun guy that likes to ask why," and that is because I have a passion for meaningful conversations that's mixed with a curiosity to learn as much as I can.

I hope you're able to learn something by tuning in, and I also hope it inspires you to go to do that thing you've been thinking about.
