For me because of where I live and roam Verizon is the best carrier hands down so it works.

The 22GB is prioritisation iin congested areas. ( so that's when you may see slower speeds.) Not 3G, 3G is for the 10GB hotspot ( after 10 GB you'll see 3G speeds.

As I understand it, if you phone use your phone as a "hot spot" (commonly called "tethering") is used it is actually limited to only 10g a month.

I have the T-Mobile one plan. its 70.00 a month. unlimited data but the teathering(hotspot) speed is only 512 mb(basically 3G) however tmobile is now offering a tmobile one plus plan that's an extra 25.00 a month. it has a teathering speed of 4G LTE and its still unlimited. seems like all the cell phone companies are getting more competitive.

Whoops...lol. Bottom line if you use your phone as a hot spot you only get 10g a month. It is only unlimited on the phone.

Which phone do u have? Depending on the phone would be wether ur stuck to Verizon/sprint. Being iPhones can be on both:). Well most of them.

I urge you to go to a Verizon store and LET IT BE KNOWN you are in the process of switching SWITCHING CARRIERS. The agent will "escalate" your matter even more. They do not like business to walk out the door. You might get a better deal online or on the phone. If you mention your visit to the store and how much they 'accomated you' ($), it is possible to get additional savings. Had a corporate account with MetroMobile>Bell Atlantic>Verizion for 14 years. Now my wife is the last remaining phone on that account. (Likes the way it's always been.) Express your continued displeasure, , ask to speak to a supervisor, and somehow they will find addition concessions they can make. Big outfit, BUT they are slowly bleeding to death. Good luck!
