Global defence leaders met today in Germany to discuss sending more aid to Ukraine and as Charlene Close reports they are no closer to an agreement to send Leopard 2 tanks to Kyiv.

It takes 5 to 6 months to train battle effectiveness in these tanks. Germany mush of decided that they don't want to send German soldiers into Ukraine.
