Can't imagine "how many" people I have put onto your site. Just love your recipes. Definately the Roasted Butternut Squash soup should be in the top 10..., even my fussy 2 kids loved it.

"Cheater Chicken Demi-Glace" was a game change for me. I love all 3 demi-glace videos but that one set my journey to another level. Because that coupled with the poutine video helped me understand how un-stressful cooking could be. Many meals I wouldn't be brave enough to cook, because they looked too professional, too difficult. "Warm roux cold liquid" helped me SO much. I've made so many of your recipes. The favorite among my friends and family is the "Hot Wing Dip".

Congratulations! There are too many to list here. Thomas Jefferson Macaroni & Cheese, Prison Style Meatloaf, How to make Ciabatta Bread and Chili Relleno Pancakes seem to be always in my rotation. Plus the "how to' tutorials are gems: Creme Fraiche, Dill Pickles, Spatchcock Chicken, etc. etc. etc. 😋

Congrats Chef on nearing another milestone...I have two video recipes that I make often because my kids enjoy them so much, ..Guinness Stew and Loco Moco, they’d be my top 10 submissions.
