Alfred Atanda Jr. is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at the Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware where he serves as the Chief of the Center for Sports Medicine, the Director of Clinician Experience, and is also an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.

As a medical device rep for over 30 years, I want to thank you for sharing this. I sat in many operating rooms, cath labs, and other clinical settings and observed burnout.
I'll share this with those I feel can benefit.

Powerful speech. Dr. Atanda operated on my knee when I was a sophomore in high school and made it so that I was able to continue playing football for my junior and senior seasons. Glad to see him in good health and standing.
