PCB was discontinued in 79 silicone, mineral oil derivated since then. I still use 1 PCB transformer left built in the late 40s. I've repaired it myself with protective equipment. Keeps an 120 year old building humming.

I work at a company that tears down these kind of transformers and i always found these things so amazing to see and sometimes we get transformers that are made back in 1950s so it's amazing to hear how they work instead of just tearing them down.
