2025 Job Market Predictions

Here are my Three Predictions for the 2025 Job Market.

1. College will be way less important to employers. Attitude and skills will rule the day, also Trade School is a far more profitable value proposition.
2. Production jobs will increase and tech jobs will continue to have more layoffs.
3. Gig economy and people having side hustles will continue to increase. Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Fiver, and Upwork are all exploding in growth. My Uber driver last week told me he cracked six figures working six, eight hours days per week.
