My husband started a company behind my back. Because of this he spent $1m. $300k was in loans and we live in a community property state so I have lots of debt now. Had to file for divorce because he was going to take out $500k. Only found out because he wanted to take the equity out on our house. I’ve been devastated but moving on for the children.

Ok so the end of this video confused me. You are advocating transparency and not wanting one of the spouses to spend without the other's knowledge while advocating having a separate account that would allow you to spend on things that you don't necessarily want to decuse with the other.
