Ingredients:

800 grams pork kasim
200 grams pork liver
4 large ripe tomatoes (chopped)
1 large red onion (chopped)
5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup annatto water
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 medium potatoes
2 medium carrots
1 large bell pepper
1 piece chorizo de bilboa
2 tbsp reno liver spread

MARINADE:
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp calamansi extract
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 medium red onion (chopped)
1/2-1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 pieces bay leaves
1 1/2-2 tbsp sugar

NOTE: (optional) soy sauce and salt to taste
additional water
