Great question…. We are in dynamic times and as a father I believe I have to be flexible on my kids since it does look much tougher these days to be a home owner. Many values and traditions have also changed

I am still a teen from india so i can only show you this things that i found
Firstly your genration had the easy time, low housing prices, easy accesiblity to jobs and a bunch of more shit
While this generation has REALLY, REALLY high house prices while the salaries have incread by mere 10-20%, the salary increase can't even beat inflation, Food prices have also almost 2X-3x, and many more such reasons, jobs have became harder to get cause of cheap labour from asian and african countries, and there are many more reasons of such kind
Even if we putted in effort it will be use less
Wanna know the reason for this..
America has almost reached the debt ceiling and is quite tough for them to handel this(eventually giving a rise in basic commodites)
