Moscow attack: Suspects are 'radical Islamists', Putin says for the first time

Vladimir Putin has said "radical Islamists" were behind the attack on a concert hall near Moscow in which more than 130 people were killed.

Speaking after meeting security officials on Monday, the Russian leader went on to question who may have ordered the four suspects to carry out the attack.
