The head of Russia’s Wagner mercenary group has been accused of inciting mutiny after he vowed to get revenge on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The mercenary chief claims Moscow launched a deadly missile strike on his troops, alleging 2,000 of his fighters have been killed in combat.
