DIY Mini Universal Bender Close Follower Attachment

This video shows the step by step process of making a close follower attachment. You may need to drill a hole centered between the pins and use a 10-32 tap to attach the clamp to the bend handle.

Just like a miniature Hossfeld eye bender! These little benders are underrated in my opinion! They are so easy to build custom tooling for, but out of the box they do have some shortcomings! Slop in the handle was biggest complaint, so I fabbed a new handle from thicker stock and reused the handle block w/pin holes. There were a few other tweaks I made to to improve performance, but I really like the thing! Great job on that!

I have a version of that jig, was wondering what that threaded hole was for in the handle thanks. I intially watched the first video on how to make replacment pins appreciate it, was wondering how i would get new pins from the manufacturerer but now I will be able to make new ones myself.
