Having a character speaking in your head is the greatest thing when writing. ...and frustrating when they don't agree with the writing.

"what does she want to say to the world" is there an actual answer to this ? I wrote a character that is deep down frustrated by how useless he feels in life, (and there also a sort of a layer where he feels alone too) but never mentions it in a dialogue or anywhere else, and the very end of the story was that he discovers something where he feels alive again (that's a summary but that's basically that)

So what does my character say to the world ? "I'm not frustrated anymore" ? that's kind of... Boring ? I wanted to tell a story about loneliness and the feeling of helplessness and having a somewhat hopeful ending but I don't even know myself what my character is trying to say to the world really...
