Those drumsticks are thick. You gotta poke holes in the thick parts so they cook all the way through.

Since I watched several times to note the recipe for myself I’ll share what I wrote down with everyone who was asking for it: Hope I got it right.

Brine chicken in salt and water for about two hours.

Mix garlic powder, black pepper, oregano and salt. Season chicken with it.

Mix flour, starch and seasonings together.

Then dip chicken in egg, and follow with flour mixture.

Let it rest for about 5 mins.

Fry chicken in hot oil once at 325, and again at 375 for extra crunch.

For sauce: melt butter, garlic, seasoning and Parmesan together on stove top, then coat chicken.

Dead yellow skin build up at the tip

Yea it works with air fryers also, that grease can kill you slowly

Those are either legs or turkey wings because chicken wings aren’t that big
