Same here I have tried the Amul whipping but stiff peaks 😊didn't come

for cake you can use tropolite whipping cream ..it would be liquid consistency you can keep in fridge (ont in freezer after use keep in freezer)no need to add sugar

I hv the same problem. Even if I leave bowl and beaters in the freezer, my cream goes straight from soft peaks to curdled cream. 😢

Never knew others were facing this problem as well! Baking is far easy than finding a stable and healthy topping in India. Wondering if an egg white based butter cream would work.

I am not sure if the product still exists but milky mist had a 40% fat dairy cream. I've seen a few videos on YouTube where people have managed to whip it
