In italy they only allow a few people in at a time. They have to make a line outside.

Sorry, but this wasn't my experience. Sure there was a line, and some supplies were out, but looked to me that overall folks were respectful and got what they needed.
Unfortunate that the Mercury News is exaggerating and "speeding up" the video to give a sense of panic. This is NOT a service to the public in these difficult times!
