Like he said in video using skill in the burst animation won't move your skill, it also won't reset the lamp's level so you can use it for a extra cast
Most of the time it not really anything useful but if you need the pneuma thorn from the skill ( like to disable the veteran mech in 12-2-2 ) it a way to do that without wasting your lamp level
