For absolute beginners this learning material is foundational. Something that might be super obvious to experts isn't necessarily known by everyone, like the counting of bars.

I appreciate what you said in the intro! often times we think we need the best and most expensive equipment to get started or be good at it but that isn't the case and this applies to so many situations in life. As a guitarist who wants to get into DJing I really want the least expensive way to get in so that I can experience and see if i really enjoy it or is it just another fad i have.
