In the past, people bought Tesla cars and said it wasn’t a political agenda, it was about saving the planet. Now Elon says something they don’t like, so they want to ditch Tesla cars. Is the car, some how, worse for the planet now…. Or was it really just a political agenda….

I wanted to get one because of the technology and safety in it. I never was concerned with the coal plant providing electricity to power it, or the gas station putting gas in my tank.

I was a Tesla fan but not anymore. There're overpriced, defective, so expensive to repair and You can't repair'em by yourself among other things I don't like.
I like EV's but right now they don't offer what we're looking for in a car: affordability, reliability and a decent mile range.
I'll wait a few years for considering having one.
