The problem with Indian IT companies is that employees are not happy, be it boss or subordinate. It is important to build an inherent culture first rather than business. Many project managers kneel down to the client and make the internal employees do long hours of work. There's no bargaining power. Product companies thus fair better compared to service companies. So there's no Sum of the parts valuation for employee satisfaction as SOIC mentions 😂. Its just applicable for valuation. It's a wonderful analysis anyways. 👍👍

I work in Infosys and we have joint venture with Rolls Royce for r&d of engines and with GE for turbo engine, solar turbine, pumps etc. It is purely non-IT and the research is very intensive.HCl's biggest jv is with VOLVO in ER&D
