I waited for the daily reset in real life and started looking for that Button but couldn't find it, am I doing something wrong?

hey i collected everything for "here it once swayed" 5/5 items, but theres no quest that I received at the end. And I am missing 1 exploration quest in chapter 3... Do you know how to get this last commision?
