Awesome video, I would recommend if you aren't confident in working on a hub, just take it to a shop! It'll save a lot of headaches later on!

what kind of grease do you use for a freecoaster?

Thank you for clearing up where to adjust slack w washer. I have fx2 and my gear spins free both ways and when I put it all together I feel a little friction on my axel. I loosen the nut on the non drive end and leave a hair space between hat washer n gear is that proper? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated

Nylon bushing inside the driver. Does it need grease on that between the nylon bush and the shaft?

My Fien lhd FreesCoaster took me at least five cranks to actually pedal. Watched the vid an took most of the grease out an now she rolls beautifully. Could I have had too much grease?

Greasing the clutch to hub engagement point will result in slippage if you're unlucky, that part should really be clean as it works on pressure to engage. Welcome the day we can drop this design, it's far too clunky and weak.

My FX started slipping on me out of nowhere. All of a sudden it was doing half rotations before engaging then it would act normal for a while then it slipped. Stopped riding for the day. Played with it some. Half rotation, then normal, then it started doing full rotations, then half, then full, then normal. Just all over the place. Sooo what’s the deal? Iiked the hub until then

Im having problems with my cinema fx. every time i install it and crank, the clutch slips and loosens the chamber which holds the clutch, in turn loosening the driver side bearing and puts large amount of grip and tension on the free coaster. if anyone had suggestion to what it is please let me know thank you :)
