Those new Custom 74 colors remind me of this year's Leuchtturm1917 colors, as well as the winter Edison Nouveau Premiere colors, and I like them all!

Marc Summers' autobiography is worth reading if anyone is interested. I picked it up on a whim due to fond memories of Double Dare (I'm a few years older than Brian and Drew), but it's a very interesting read about how he went from magician to tv presenter/businessman, while balancing having a family and dealing with OCD.

Just opened my set to try those inks. I'm in love. True, some of them may be too light for daily writing in fountain pens, but with *dip pens* they really work and make me want to use my dip pens more. I finally decided to ink a VP (matte blue with stub nib) with the Bishamonten.
I may also try one of the lighter ones in some FPR flex pens.

Think I'm going to go for the 15ml set if i can manage to snag one... I sure hope they become regular colors at some point though.

Just bought the last set of 7 mini inks in my local stationary store, they said they won't keep any more in stock unless they get lucky.Super happy, but i'm not even sure if i want to use them. Do you think it's resale value will change in a few years? In several maybe?

Does the Custom 74 nib feel better/differently than the Pilot Vanishing Point? I know the sizes are different, but is the writing experience?

I would love to have more inks in my arsenal, the amount I have now is at this moment. Maybe in another decade or so I will need more.
Now a different story (sort of).

Personally don't like the cap on the 15ml bottles, they look a little too tacky. I much prefer the original Iroshizuku 15ml bottles where the caps are black, but that's just a small nitpick, overall $100 for all of those inks is a steal in my book. Plus a little extra good fortune hahaha

The fact is I won't use it because it's limited edition. Maybe I'll leave it in my will.

I can't decide on whether or not to get the entire set in 15ml or to get 2 or 3 of the 50ml bottles...halp ! >< !
