Of the three I like the green most, but I'm not a pastels person. Guess I'll be passing on this year's special ed. I got into fountain pens at the time of Dark Lilac and the All Black which are much more my speed.

I got my first fountain pen about 2 weeks ago. A White TWSBI eco with a Medium Nib. And my 2nd fountain pen just arrived today . I got a White Lamy Safari with a Fine Nib and they look so great next to each other

Tip for matching pastel pens: (like they said) find a color that is the same tone/hue and dilute! Diamine Delamere Green makes a lovely mint.. mix in a separate container and test before filling

I did a poll on Goulet Nation. Mint and Blue were neck and neck. There were several people who plan on getting all three.

It would be nice to have pastel inks like some gel roll pens I had back in the day. I wonder if sample ink mixing would do the trick? Adding some white to mute a color?

i use noodlers blue ghost to water down my inks it does a great job

Just ordered the blue macaron. Is the ring a different shade (more aqua maybe)? That's how it looked on the website. But I see the mint and rose is exactly the same shade. Rachel you didn't open the blue one so I could not see.
