2025 Volvo EX30 - Big Steps, Small Footprint

The 2025 Volvo EX30 is the smallest vehicle ever made by the brand and is part of their ultra minimalist design.
With up to 420 km of range, charging speeds from 10 to 80% in 26.5 minutes via a Level 3 fast charge at 175 kW, and an 11 kW on-board charger, it's offering a lot.

A long list of standard safety features and a wildly minimalistic interior that's heavily reliant on the 12.3" infotainment screen (there's no traditional instrument cluster) can make it quite attractive to those who value the tech side.

Singe/RWD range is 420 and Twin/AWD range is 402, all through a 69 kWh battery.

I just glanced at the Volvo website and it said AWD Plus is 63, 339. That's a lot of money for a tiny car like this. Personally I think Volvo is out to lunch. Also, stand by for the massive depreciation after you drive this off the lot.

It's not Volvo's smallest ever vehicle though... That trophy goes to the C30, a quirky little 4-seater. I've had one, great little car. :)

The thing I don’t like is that the EX30 is not made in either Canada or the US … I prefer to support local manufacturing jobs.
