Sinan Wren develops intensive mentoring programmes to support young activists to develop them into influential representatives of their organisations, institutions or communities.

With graduates of public policy programmes from leading institutions, the Foundation is committed to working with young leaders in their active development. The mentoring programmes are based on corporate executive development processes from leading global corporations.

Mentees come with backgrounds in law, social sciences, engineering and include young and aspiring politicians from both the East and the West.
