Hm, I don't know about this one. I feel like most of these are just colours that don't really represent anything. Not every single costume is a reference to something. Every character has a red, green, and blue, among other colours. I'm sure most of Doc's are just... those colours. There isn't anything else to tie them to what you claim they're based on.
