HEY It does WORKS! Just uncheck "Load Solid Colors Only" . HOW? After clicking "Mixture brush tool" you will see the option menu for the mixture brush tool at the top (Just below the top main menu). At the left, where your see the current brush color box. Just very right to the color you will see a tiny (v) dropdown menu. After clicking you should UNCHECK "Load Solid Colors Only". It's done. But make sure to use "ALT + Mouse Left Button CLICK" of the area you want to select as a brush pattern.

For those struggling to achieve the same effect as I did, make sure to uncheck "Load Solid Colors Only" in the brush dropdown menu.

As you explained in the video I did the steps correctly BUT, When I use Mixer Brush Tool It is working as an eyedropper tool, instead of selecting the area to drag, it is selecting specific colour and it is not working. What should i Do
