Insurance is for your financial protection & your ins. company obviously is not doing what they're HIGHLY paid to do.

Considering how many of these crash videos end up being "Driver didn't have license or insurance" I feel like we might need to have much harsher penalties for those crimes. The current ones certainly don't seem to be working.

For clip 17, any reasonably competent lawyer would die to have such an airtight case like that where the other party is very clearly in the wrong and refuses to pay, you should definitely hire one and take that family to court for attorney's fees and the damages.

Rather than honking and stopping like the rest of us would, you drove into her. A little road rage? Need the insurance money? Or just not paying attention?

5:45 as soon as it was found out he was unlicensed, unregistered, and uninsured. He should've been arrested and held until trial where he pays for the damages, or replacing the car. He shouldn't have been on the road at all to begin with and people getting away with it is criminal.

33. Cammer had 4 seconds to react. Maybe the conversation prevented her from focusing on the road. Of course it is the other vehicles fault for turning from a side road. However, if cammer was alert, she could have avoided contact (rather than sound the horn at the moment of impact.

Tip for crashes, if you can see the crash coming and have time to hit your horn, don’t hit your horn, the airbag will deploy and break your wrist, that’s also why people recommend keeping your feet where they’re supposed to be and not on the dash or cross legged, the airbag can shatter your knee caps and break your oegs
