I remembered this, and just made something very similar tonight (I used homemade veg stock, fresh squeezed lemon juice and peppercorns. Wish I had parsley but it has died from cold weather 👎🏻) on 12/30/22.
Best cocktail shrimp I’ve had hands down, my wife abides! The finish was the kicker, I still had some scallions growing!
PS: I used wild caught.

Edit: I commented two weeks ago that I was going to make this, thankfully my butcher finally had some shrimp on sale! Tis the season and a happy New Years y’all!!
