1 week before my first-ever boxing fight I was anxious and continue to be so as fight day approaches. This video has helped me a lot. It made me focus on the things that I SHOULD DO rather than the things that MIGHT GO WRONG. I trusted my training, constantly reminded my self that I belong in the competition that I participated in. 3 days ago was the fight day and no pressure or nerves struck me. I was cold as a mofo and I knew that I had that moment.

I won via unanimous decision as an underdog and even scored a knockdown.

The more we prepare, the more confident we get. Remember your worth!

Thank you so much for this video! Its timing was perfect! I'm a swimmer, and I've been training so hard for the past few months for a meet I had a few days ago. I've been beating everyone in my team most of the time. However, when it came to the meet, I was nervous. My teammates beat me, even though they put less work than me. I was so far from the times I was expected to get. So, I've been trying to figure out how to change my mindset for future meets and I just happened to stumble upon this video! I learned that I needed confidence. Even though I was the most prepared for the meet, I didn't trust my training, therefore I failed. Thank you so much for helping me realize this!

I’m a martial artist and the camaraderie between members of a dojo’s community is incredible, so there’s huge pressure at tournaments to do well for both yourself and often even more importantly your dojo, I think this will help me a lot :)

I’ve got a Calisthenics competition in 2 weeks & I’ve felt my heart race every time I think about it & visualise everything.

The one thing that stuck out to me with these quotes is having Confidence in your Preparation. The hours & hours of graft put towards refining your craft will empower you once you’re in the moment & zone.

While at the same time, having your former self as your biggest competitor - cause at the end of the day, if you’ve improved from last year or last week, you’re winning the real competition.

I have a swim meet on Saturday, and I’ve just come back from glandular fever a few months ago. I feel stronger than ever however very anxious. This has helped a lot!
