SOLVED: Oracle Free Tier Sign Up Problem (Fix 'unable to complete your sign up' error)

I followed whatever was mentioned in this video. They debited my card by 1$ and credited it back. Still they didn't create my account. Plus their support is terrible. No response at all.

Still doesn't work for me in Cameroon. My card is accepted but says error processing transaction when I finally click on create account. I have a screenshot for my problem, someone please help.😑

Many of us have this problem and nothing we do works. Seems like Oracle bans random people.

*My tip for those who already have a free account:* upgrade to the full plan (paid), you don't need to spend anything, just register a credit card.
Why am I giving this tip?
because oracle is arbitrarily canceling the free accounts of several users (including me) after some time.
they canceled my account from my personal company (I'm the only employee).
so I made a second account in my personal name and upgraded to the paid plan after the trial ended. I made some settings to prevent any paid service from being activated, and I left only the services always free.
I've had this account for months with no problems.
I recommend doing this if you want a greater guarantee that the account will not be suddenly canceled.

Damn! I'm so thankful to oracle for their generous free tier plan but I didn't think their developers could be so stupid making me try 4 different cards just an hour ago. Different banks and didn't go through. I even hit the jackpot and at the time I was signing up, the CBA website went through a brief period of being inaccessible.
Now that I checked my Netbank, the address is in all caps I'll go again and give it a try.

Tyvm this has worked for me.

For anyone that is having issues this is what I did:
I have 2 names so I added both names into the "naming space"
I also matched my address exactly as said in the video
I used my bank email address too ( I was using a different one).
Long story short, match everything exactly as your bank details and pray for the best

Doesn’t work for me, my bank has a weird billing Adress which is all in one line, in my country there are no provinces and the whole Adress is written in Cyrillic and not Latin, so I have no clue what to do.

I was following your Oracle setup tutorial, and I've run into this problem.. Thankfully, the suggestions in this video worked for me. They have very strict address verification in place. The billing address has to match word for word. Otherwise, they'll turn you down.
