It's definitely easier to think when your stomach is full. One of the reasons I set timers to remind myself to eat. Well, other than I need to eat, lol.

I remember a person who was incredibly smart . Started on a keto diet to lose weight. Her intelligence hampered . She left that diet and by eating 3 balanced meals each day and excercise, she kept her razor sharp mind and lost weight. She is so happy now .

I think it's true that this was when Haley was pregnant, because cravings typically start at the 5th week, over 1 month, which she and Dylan had been together for at least that long before this episode, and if the show's timeline is anything to go by, then by around the time after Alex's graduation happened, which is typically May or June, then it would've been a total of 9 months, about the average pregnancy lifecycle.
