Alex got a nice job with amazing perks after graduating, Haley got a family and a job that she loves but Luke and Manny had some ambiguous career there. As far as I remember Luke work at Jay's club, taking class at community college, less screen time since season 5, and literally become distant from his sisters also literally the only character who had little loveline. Manny on the other hand had lots of loveline but his career seems undeveloped tho. Overall I think this last season had very little character and storyline development
