Now that we have delivery service from different kinds of stores[grocery etc] let us have service to each persons location and skip the store altogether. This could be done with a convenience fee. DROP OFF AND LATER PICKED UP BY THE RENTAL COMPANY. Does anyone do that? If not that would be something to look at E N T E R P R I S E. !!!! Be the 1st.
