I would say, make this part of the negotiations, that if, Putin does not abide by any agreement made, Europe gets to send troops into Ukraine. Thoughts? Also, give Ukraine nukes back. As for the U.S., we agreed to protect Ukraine from any attack as part of a deal for Ukraine to give up their nukes. That should not be hindered by anyone, Trump.
