I have viewed many tutorials on YouTube and have experienced everything from brilliant to bulls***. This is a pleasure to watch. Not only do you present the material in a clear, concise format, but you speak very well and you're voice is almost musical. A very nice bonus. People with unpleasant voices detract from the overall experience and make it harder to pay attention to what is being said. Thank you for taking the time to make this and for the obvious effort put forth. It is folks like you that make YouTube such a great learning tool.

Hey Michelle, just wanted to drop a comment and say thanks for your tutorial videos. I was struggling with Word yesterday and finally decided to look into LaTeX, this was the first thing I found. Very useful introduction, helped me dive into exploring LaTeX head first and after googling a lot of other stuff along the way I ended up delivering a pretty decent looking file last night.
