Thank you for the great lessons. "Slice of Life" is top of my list of Bauhaus songs I'd love to learn to play if you're ever feeling Bauhausy again.

The fact that Peter Murphy does play the guitar when doing this song live on his solo carrer makes me think he actually composed this song, although it is also very reminiscent of Davd J's own solo material, so it could have been either. Oddly enough, this week I have been doing a GOTH WEEK on a Discord server, introducing the other members to goth bands. Yesterday was the turn of Bauhaus and this was one of the 4 songs I chose to introduce them to. You have excellent timing, Mr Adrian sir!

This is bizarre, I'm 60 years old and although punk and new wave was my thing (and still is) the likes of Bauhaus passed me by. But now, I'm totally addicted to this song. It's easy enough to play, but getting the vibe just right is trickier, but I love it. Just keep on doing what you do, do I have any requests? Yup, surprise me with something else I didn't realise I love!
